Practice overview:
Facit Homes are pioneers in prefabricated construction. Following their episode on Grand Designs in 20113, they have gone on to win many awards and had features in major publications. Their focus on sustainable design is at the forefront of everything they do, and is of evergrowing imprtance in the way that we live.

The scope:
At the start of our collaboration, Facit Homes had experience marketing across various channels, but felt like their efforts could be more streamlined and focused. We helped them optimise their Google advertising, to ensure their budget was being utilised efficiently. Following this, we looked at their social strategy. Facit Homes had an abundance of content, so we had to ensure we tested each creative asset effectively and measured it's success.

The outcome:
After the optimisation of their Google advertising, we were able to get them ranking within the top 3 searches for their chosen keywords/ phrases on a consistent basis, leading to a larger volume of web traffic and enquiries. Additionally, the social strategy led to increased engagement across social platforms, and a visible increase in enquiries coming from places like Instagram and Facebook.
