Practice overview:

Rainsford Ltd is a Design and Build company founded in 1998. Working on various properties and projects of all sizes and scales, they focus on everything from architectural and interior design, through to project management - and offer a full turnkey service.

The scope: 

The main objective was to assist Rainsford with the shift from offline marketing, which they had been experts in since their inception, to online marketing. This begun with some consultation of their website and content, and implementing a social media marketing strategy on Instagram, and then later on Facebook - showcasing their work in a way to position them as experts in their field, and reach and otherwise untapped audience online.

The outcome:

Over the course of 6 months, we were able to amplify their Instagram audience and increase their overall following by 4000, as well as generate an increased number of website visitors to their site. This led to several new enquiries with very interesting projects from people who had engaged with their page and seen the quality of their work. During the course of the 6 months we also helped Rainsford with other facets of their marketing approaches, and established more of a consultancy role within their business to help them explore more avenues of their online marketing.
